Register a Return

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Púcaí purchase. If you wish to return an item, please read the following before proceeding.

Returns Policy

• Returns must be registered within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Sale items and made-to-order pieces are non-returnable unless faulty.

How to Register a Return

1. Email us at returns@pucai.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a returns authorisation number.
3. Pack your item securely and include your order details inside the parcel.
4. Send the parcel to the address provided. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
